The model will be shipped subject to a three-day approval period which will commence on the date of delivery. Buyer must notify Emerald City Modelworks by 5:00 PM PST on the third day after delivery (via email to sales@ecmodelworks.com, or by telephone at 206-363-1396) of the buyer's intent to return the model.  The model must be returned, at the buyer's expense and fully insured, via the original shipment method in the original packaging. The full purchase price will be refunded through escrow (less shipping and insurance costs incurred by Emerald City Modelworks in shipping the model to the buyer) upon receipt by Emerald City Modelworks of the returned model in its original condition. 

We must charge Washington State sales tax if the buyer's address is within the State of Washington.

The model may be viewed at our studio by prior arrangement (the model may be retrieved from safety deposit box storage for viewing by appointment only).  Serious prospective buyers are invited to contact us for an appointment.
